Terms of service
Effective September 2, 2026
1. Who we are and what we do
We are EVISA-SHOP.COM, trading as evisa-shop (“we”, “us”), an independent visa application assistance service based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. We prepare and submit electronic visa (“eVisa”) applications to foreign governments on your behalf, review them for common errors before submission, and forward the government's decision to you.
We are not a government agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government, embassy, or consulate. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the destination country's immigration authority. We cannot influence, expedite, or guarantee that decision.
2. What you are paying for
Your payment has two parts, both shown separately before you pay:
- Government fee. The amount the destination government charges to process your application. We collect this on your behalf and pay it to the government when we submit your application.
- Service fee. Our charge for reviewing, preparing, submitting, and tracking your application, and for support throughout.
Our service is complete when your application has been reviewed and submitted to the government. The government's subsequent decision is a separate matter over which we have no control.
3. Refund policy
Government fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted. Governments do not return application fees for refused, withdrawn, or cancelled applications, and we are not in a position to refund money we have already paid to them.
Service fees are non-refundable once we have begun reviewing your application. Our service is the review and submission work itself, which is performed regardless of the government's eventual decision.
A refused visa does not entitle you to a refund of either fee. Refusals are decided by the government, for reasons it is not required to share with us or with you. We will always tell you a refusal has occurred, and we will help you understand your options, but we cannot reverse it.
If you cancel before we have begun reviewing your application, we will refund your payment in full. Once review has started, the terms above apply.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
4. Your responsibilities
By submitting an application through us, you confirm that:
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and matches your passport exactly. We submit what you give us; we cannot verify the truth of your answers, and a refusal caused by inaccurate information is not grounds for a refund.
- You have reviewed every field we pre-filled from your passport scan and corrected any errors before paying. The scan is an aid; you are responsible for its accuracy.
- Your passport is valid for the period the destination country requires, and you meet that country's entry requirements.
- You are the applicant, or are authorised to apply on the applicant's behalf.
5. Payment and disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe. Because we are a Canadian business, your card is charged in Canadian dollars; the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
By completing payment you agree to these terms, including the refund policy in section 3. If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first at support@evisa-shop.com or +1 (416) 402-0555. Most concerns are resolved quickly once we can see the details of your order. Initiating a chargeback for a service that was rendered as described, and for which you agreed to a clearly stated non-refund policy, may result in your account being closed and the dispute being contested with the records of your application, your agreement to these terms, and proof of submission to the government.
6. Processing times
Processing times shown on this site are typical, not guaranteed. They are set by the destination government and can change without notice. We recommend applying as early as possible and never booking non-refundable travel before your visa is approved. We are not liable for missed travel, lost bookings, or any other loss caused by a government processing delay or refusal.
7. Your data
We collect passport details, identity documents, and personal information solely to prepare and submit your application. How we handle that data is set out in our privacy policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our service is limited to the service fee you paid for the affected application. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed travel, accommodation, or other bookings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you paid is the one that applies to your order.
