How it works

  1. 1
Apply online in a few minutes

Upload a photo of your passport and we read the details for you. Answer the questions the government asks, check everything, and pay.

  2. 2
    We review, then submit

A person checks your application against your passport before it goes to the government, catching the small mismatches that cause rejections.

  3. 3
    Get your eVisa by email

We track the application and email you the moment it's approved, with everything you need to travel.

Frequently asked questions

How long can I stay in Indonesia?

Up to 30 days, extendable once for another 30 days (60 days total). The extension is handled in person at a local immigration office, not online.

What can I use this visa for?

Tourism and visiting friends or family; business discussions, negotiations, contract signing, and site visits to offices, factories, or production facilities; and medical treatment at a health facility. You cannot sell goods or services, or receive pay from an Indonesian individual or company, on this visa.

How long does it take to process?

Typically 1-3 business days, though it can take longer during busy periods, so apply a few days before you fly.

What documents do I need?

A passport valid for at least 6 months, and an outbound ticket showing you'll leave Indonesia - both checked by the immigration officer when you arrive.
